Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus
-
An essential tool for couples who want to develop more satisfying relationships with their partners. In this book, John provides a practical and proven way for men and women to communicate better by acknowledging the differences between them.

Based on years of counseling couples and research, he gives advice on how to counteract these differences in communication styles, emotional needs and modes of behavior to promote a greater understanding between partners. His simple suggestions for reducing conflict, information on interpreting behavior and secrets to successful relationships will enrich your life.

The Mars & Venus Diet & Exercise Solution-
Mars and Venus dieting and exercising together. What a great idea! Yet if they eat the same or do the same exercises, there are likely to be fights and disappointments that send them into orbit, just as when men and women try to communicate or make love without considering male and female differences. In this powerful and accessible new book, John Gray, who brought Mars and Venus gender differeces and needs into our culture, honors the differences between the sexes and gives practical, gender specific solutions for optimizing brain chemistry, diet, exercise, romance, and stress management. He has a genius for taking highly complex specific material and presenting the information in a simple way, then going on and making practical applications that can change lives. Combining these five realms of health is critical, as each area impacts the others. Brain chemistry affects mood, energy, relationships, and eating behavior. Excessive stress affects brain chemistry, communication skills, and concentration abilities. Relationship problems put us more at risk for depression, stress related problems, and overeating. Yet the answers for optimal health in each of these areas are not the same for males and females. This is the key element of this book: males and females need their own solutions to balance brain chemistry.

What You Feel, You Can Heal
John Gray, Ph.D. illustrates new techniques to enriching your relationships with greater love and communication. In this paperback, John teaches you how to love yourself, so that you have the ability to love others.

This book shows real insight into human emotion and interpersonal dynamics, presented in a very gentle, simple way.. He discusses the dynamics of emotional connection without resorting to "men do this, women do that" by showing that when one partner, regardless of gender, behaves a certain way, the other will respond accordingly.

The tone of this book, again, is simple, almost childish, but gets the points across. "The Two Step", is the grown-up version.

VENUS ON FIRE, MARS ON ICE: Hormonal Balance - The key to Life, Love and Energy

John Gray uses his signature insight into relationship dynamics to help Martians and Venusians understand and accept their differences. He also provides valuable information to grow in love and understanding while improving the quality of your life.

Dr. John Gray advises men and women of the best ways to harness the connection between stress, blood sugar, body fat, and behavior to create lifelong passion and better health. Dr. Gray reveals that the differences between the sexes, and how they relate to one another, are biochemically based and can be explained--and managed--by our hormones.

Dr. Gray provides small steps for super-stimulating the hormones necessary to nourish a vibrant life. He explores how communication, romance, ''a superfood diet, super exercise, and super sleep,'' can be incorporated into any lifestyle, and result in a whole new way of life. For example, Dr. Gray reveals:

  • The unique ways in which men and women deal with stress
  • How stress hormones can damage our health and complicate our relationships
  • The importance of ''super foods'' and good nutrition in replenishing hormones
  • Why menopause--and 'man-o-pause' don't have to be relationship stressors
  • How balancing blood sugar is intricately connected to balancing our hormones
  • How achieving hormonal balance will not only improve relationships but provide strength and energy to cope with the challenges of modern life
